 HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT FOR MY ORDER?

Poland: 2-3 business days

Europe: 3-7 business days

Rest of the world: 5-10 business days

 WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

Each Customer has a right to return the product within 14 days from receiving the parcel.

To return the product Download a return form, fill it out by giving the reason for returning. Afterwards, sign it and send it back to us with the product. Don’t forget to include the receipt. Send it back to the following address:

Please note that Furora Subtera is not able to cover return postage costs and customers will have to pay for the cost of returning the items. It is recommend that customers obtain a receipt of postage and tracked postage to ensure the item is delivered back to us safely.

 WHAT IF YOU RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM?

Furora Subtera quality checks all items before they are shipped. Should there be any issues with the expedition, please return the product as soon as possible. Returned faulty items will we replaced within 7 days. According to law you have a 2-year warranty on all items. You can download customer complain form here.

 ARE YOU GOING TO RESTOCK ITEMS WITH AN ‘OUT OF STOCK’ STATUS?

Some of the items will be restocked. The easiest way to get informed about a re-stock is to click on the product which is out of stock and put down your e-mail. We’ll e-mail you when the item is back in stock!

 WHAT ARE THE CUSTOM  AND IMPORT CHARGES?

Customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination.

Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel.

Custom policies and import duties vary from country to country, hence Furora Subtera has no control over them and cannot provide information on their cost. Please contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

In case of import of goods out of the  EU the customer could be obliged to pay additional VAT-tax in accordance to local tax law.
